I did the same thing about 7 years ago. Mine is a 65-66’ model 10L. “Tubalcain” (YouTube) taught me about all I know. I “burnt up” one computer watching him and his videos.Not a machinist. Hobby dedication. Lol. I bought this lathe used (1943' SB 10L) about 5 years back without knowing anything about it other than the red lever was likely the power switch. A couple of months and some youtube videos later, I was chambering my own stuff and doing well with it. I only do a handful of barrels a year for myself.
