If those are the features that you are looking for I would recommend an Atlas. Another option would be to run a Harris with an adapter. I have both and the Atlas is the better option in my experience.

Yes. The Atlas can both tilt side to side and pan left to right (within a given range).

I need another bipod but need it to swivel, tilt, and hook up to picatinny. What choices do I have.

I have this mounted on our 6x45, comes with a stud adapter also.
For shootin off bench I tighten the bottom and front screws to remove any canting and pivot. For hunting purposes I will loosen the screws enough to give me movement.

Any one looking for a Bipod may want to wait till January. I had the opportunity to shoot a Bipod made by TBAC, weighs about as much as a fart! U.S. made.
No swivel, Super nice cant tension. A little wider with Apex over barrel. It will be my next one. Anybody want a used Cal Atlas?

I shoot off the bench with a bipod and use the same bipod to shoot F Open with it on my 6.5X47 Lapua.
Here is one I made for a friends 50 Cal. It weighs just over 7lbs. On a 223, one I painted black.
So yes you can shoot a bipod off a bench and you don't have to load these, they hold your rifle solid so it doesn't cant left or right and slide back and forth with your rifle and don't have any flex like the sinclars. With my 6.5X47 Lapua I shot into High Master at midrange with one.
