Bipod stud for freeland rail

Captured too late to be fully domesticated.
I had a whole box of these once and cant remeber where to buy one, any ideas...Thanks
 
mill/fly cut a piece of 300 series s/s to fit the rail & tap it #10-32tpi.
Install swivel stud inside #10 alum aircraft washer to set on top of rail to lock into place.
Part stud short enough not to allow stud to bottom out/mar rail slot.
