Bipod Help

Bought this 40x silhouette rifle a while back and want to mount a bipod. The rifle shoots really good off bags but very hard to be consistent. The guys I shoot with all shoot bipods so that's what I want to try . Interested in an Atlas bipod so anyone with experience with those please advise me on what model and proper mount that would work on my rifle.( Pictures of forearm below) . Shooting 100 percent from a bench with a sandbag under the rear .

I went with an ARCA rail on my rifle. There are different lengths available. Atlas has arca clamps available to go with their bipods.
