I took advantage of their Black Friday sales and bought a Meopta scope with the McWhorter reticle (very similar to the Zeiss Rapid Z reticle). Scope was delivered yesterday. When the box was opened the sticker on the objective said BDC reticle. Looked through the scope and sure nuff the reticle was a BDC. Checked box label and it was listed as a McWhorter reticle and the serial number matched the scope. Obviously a mixup at Meopta's assembly and packaging plant.

Emailed Eurooptic last night describing the problem and attached a couple photos. Wife texted me at 9:30 this morning that they called and have shipped a new scope with a return shipping label for the misboxed scope.

Ladies and gentlemen that is fantastic customer service.

They really do have their shi+ together. It’s like a mom and pop store with all the best stuff. When your there you can see just how busy they are handling online sales and customer support but they never make you feel like a burden.

An added bonus is that the folks at Eurooptics actually know what they're talking about. You can get recommendations and advice from people who actually shoot and use higher end optics etc. etc.

Has anyone bought a demo scope from them? I see they have Nightforce NXS demo scopes for $280 cheaper than new.
