Big Female down

Local client got this big female this morning. 200yds with the 178gr ELD-X @ 3100 from a 28" 300 WM. Very little pool of blood, so I figure it penciled in and out. Didn't matter much as it was an instant death.

Target of opportunity. Around here they don't come to the call, but they're stupid enough to walk across a 1000yd cut field in daylight hours.

I am not that far from you, In the south west corner of PA I been out around there in Ohio. I used to travel out there to the Chippewa rifle range just north of Marshallville OH..Great Range.
Yes the weather can be strange its 30 deg F out right now but feels warm. I have seen it be 60 deg at noon and it be snowing at 3pm..that is a BIG dog.

I did.

9lb with scope and 4rds. Guy shoots it like it's a 223. The picture is one of the many small groups it will shoot at 200yds.
