I had a friend at the DOME today with a drone filming. Tracey Milsaps, Big Bore Bat Shooter, arrived at 3:45 with his Bat, Schmidt-Bender, McMillan LBR stocked 338 Lapua Imp. shooting 300 Berger OEM's. We put a few shots down range on Ole Chuckie at 800 yards and then moved to the top of Rocky Top and lined up a shot on the 18 in. plate. While he was setting up Jeff Gibson started his drone over to the target zone. When the drone was in position Tracey sent one and we saw the splash. I started videoing his monitor with my phone. The first shot was low at 6 o'clock. I said hold an 12 o'clock and send it.
A couple of seconds later the big 338 cracked and two seconds later the plate rocked and fell over.
