Better Scope for Benchrest?

I have a 6BR that will be completed very soon on a BAT MB dual-port action with Krieger 30" tube mounted in a Shehane marble ST1000 stock. I have both a BAT 0MOA and 20MOA rail. I will be buying a new scope for this rig, but wondering where I should spend my money. I was originally set on the NF BR model for shooting upwards of 600 yds, but there has been much praise also on the Sightron SIII line. Of course, the NXS also offers 1/8 MOA adjustments now as well. For some of the more experienced out there, can I get some recommendations and reasoning behind them? Reticle preferences would also be nice.

I just recently purchased Sightron SIII 8-32 x 56 with target dot. I looked hard at NF including looking thorugh a few from the line. I saw little to no difference between the two with exception of the beefy build of the NF. For a target rifle that I knew would be treated carefully I could not justify the extra cost of NF. If I was going to do tactical matches and/or use in the field I might have gone with NF.

My model is 1/4 MOA adjustments. I looked at 1/8 MOA model offered with long range target dot. The dot and fine cross hairs were just a little to small for my old eyes. I guess if I need less than a 1/4 I'll just be holding off. I'm shooting F-T/R not bench if that matters to you and it might when choosing between TD and LRTD.

Thanks for the reply...with the components I have used for the build, this will strictly be a target/bench gun. I guess the main thing that attracted me to the Nightforce, other than reputation was the multiple reticle offerings and the 1/8 MOA. The MOA adjustments are quite a bit lower on the BR vs the Sightron though...tough decisions.
