best way to ship a big dillon 1100 with autodrive and mr bullet feeder

It sounds like he can buy the big sucker in Chicago while he's there visiting that wonderful peaceful town, but wants to get it back to NV where he lives.

i worked for an aerospace supplier years ago and this is how we did it. Regular cardboard box for stuff that was a lot more dense and expensive than a Dillon. Some stuff went to Japan.
