Best way to resize 22br brass back to 6br brass

I have some Alpha brass that I used for 22bra that works fine. But I found plenty more Lapua brass I had and My 6bra gun has turned on really well and it's using Alpha brass.
That's my reason for wanting to do this. I don't have to, but would be nice to replace some fouled pieces I get from time to time.
My guessing it would be similar operation as going from 6mm to .30 br.
Do I, or should I need to get a specific mandrill?

Just a 6mm turning or expanding mandrel would be fine, assuming they still fit in the 6BRA.

I’d probably run them through my 6BRA sizing die after running the mandrel.

What Clancy said just make sure you use a little case lube

Sounds like It'a work, just need to trim all to same length. Iv started on the front end of this project today. I'm about 10 short of 100 pieces. So after I get the 90 resized. I'll start with those 10 pieces and reform the necks. Iv done a couple.
It's not hard or anything, just I wouldn't had thought that They might end up shorter.
Glad y'all mentioned that

looking in the berger book trim to length on 22 br is 1.510 and in the same book trim to length for 6br is1.550- that is 40 thou difference. when i trimmed my 22br after sizing down i took them down to the 1.510. i wasnt sure leaving them long would fit in my chamber but i shoulda checked a little more. now the barrel is off that gun and on the shelf so i cant check. i guess i now have some 6br short lapua brass that went from 6br to 22br and now to 6br again. they dont shoot worth a crap inmy current 6 br and i think that gap encouages carbon ring so i may shoot it in my retired (read firecracked) 6br 4 the heck of it. if i can find some primers that iso_O or i may put that barrel back on an action and size those brass down “One More Time”. yippe ky yo
