Best way to measure powder?

I know there are many ways to measure powder i am just looking for a few options. What do you think is the BEST way to measure powder,I want accuracy, speed, easy, load at range,Best of everything. One thing that has puzzled me is how accurate does your measured load need to be for benchrest accuracy? For this discussion lets not let price get in the way. If you could have any measuring equipment out there what method would you use?
You can spend as little as a few bucks for dippers and a beam scale. as much as several hundred for the new precision powder throws. What about the new rcbs chargemaster or lyman dps 3. would you use a powder throw and not trickle the load up? What would you think about using a electronic measuring device such as the chargemaster at home store loads in the plastic test tubes for transport to the range, now all loads are measured weighed and ready for transport. is there a better way? Lets talk about stick powder as well as others.

bdotson for what it's worth I have a Pact combo and its a piece of crap. I use the scale part but the dispenser is back in its box on the shelf. My RCBS 1010 is quicker and as accurate as the Pact.

It's just a hassle to get the thing calibrated and sync'ed up with the scale. When you do get it right any breeze or bump on the work bench causes errors. I do not see another electronic dispenser in my future.

I use an RCBS uniflow and powders that do not need to be trickled H380 H332 etc. Even Varget is consistently close enough through the uniflow that trickling isn't necessarry.

Harrells precision powder measure. I use an RCBS 505 at home to see what range I am in and then click up or down depending what the cases say. I tend to shoot mild loads. Once you use something with spring loaded detents you will never use the RCBS again.

RCBS 1500 at home I have never loaded in the field, if you can't do it with 100 rounds your shooting to fast or need a different type of gun to defend yourself. But seriously I like your idea of plastic tubes pre-measured. That would be my choice. Otherwise a Hornady magnetically dampened bean scale and a redding trickler and build a wooden box to shield the scale from wind.,very sensitive to air currents). Have a dipper for each set of dies but have never used them.

On stick powder I use H4895 on just about all rifle loads and have had nooo problem with the 1500 throwing the correct charge.

A lot of people like the 55 and swear by it once it's set that the charge is the same each time.

I'm using the RCBS 1500 chargemaster and it throws either right on the money or usually w/in +/- 1/10 of a gr. I generally wait until it cycles and gives the final reading. If I'm being particularly critical, I'll throw it under by a couple of tenths and then trickle in the rest by hand. Overall it is fast, accurate and very easy. Good luck.

If money was no object then one of those promeatheus, probably spelt wrong) set-ups. I myself for ages was just throwing light with my powder meausre and trickiling up to charge weight in my RCBS 1010 scales but I have recently bought a harrel benchrest measure and have started to dump staright into the case with good metering powders like VHIT133 etc. It measures well within 0.2 of a grain. I have been able to do a hell of alot more shooting for it and enjoy that more than watching the neddle bounce on the scales, I have only tested out to 300 yards and accuracy was just as good as weighed charges though I am sure after this the weight variations might show abit.
