Personally, I like Powder Valley because they have been very good to the shooting community over the years. Even in lean times when components were difficult to obtain, they didn't raise their prices abnormally just for the margin. Graf's is also a good vendor: they treat you & your order as an individual, not as a mere sale. Graf's selection of components is also outstanding 99% of the time.

Been very happy with Brownells. They almost always have free shipping on orders over $49.00 or $99.00 and sometimes even free shipping with no minimum order. Lots of times have a promo code that gets you 10% off your order as well as free shipping. Only downside is there shipping is kinda slow, but hey if it's free i can wait for it

If you have Brownell's EDGE, for $50/year, always free shipping and return labels for items you wish to return (no questions asked). With Edge, they will do two day shipping, no minimum ever. It sure beats the hell out of an outfit from which I was going to order a $15 item and they wanted $12 or so for S&H.

As to Brownell's shipping on regular orders, it takes them at least two days from receipt of order to generate a shipping label and then another for Fed Ex(?) to pick it up. Then the 20 mule team transport out of Iowa and then a truck to various distribution centers. It could be an eight day experience.

EDGE is the way to go.
