What barrel length and twist rate?

Probably somewhere between 3000 and 3200 fps depending on twist and barrel profile; powder type also makes a difference. Several factors determine the best speed so a range is the best anyone could estimate.

the 185 Jugg will shoot in anything 12 or faster; that said, if I was building a 300WM I wouldn't go less than a 10 twist in the event you change your mind and want to shoot something heavier. Lots of F class shooters shot Juggs in 10 twist barrels with great success.

That said, I shot the Juggs out of a .308 Win./43gr. Varget at 2660 at 1K and was very happy with the results. All the velocity you can muster will not stop the wind from playing with you. Embrace it and make sure accuracy comes first.
