Best Price for Sightron 10-50x60 TD SIII

Title pretty much says it all. I am looking for a new Sightron SIII 10-50x60 with 1/8MOA target dot reticle. Looking around quickly, I found one for $970 with free shipping, but I am not familiar with the company (scopes4less). Anyone know where/who sells NEW sigtrons for a good price?

For you guys that use this scope, with 60mm objective, I assume I will need to pick up high rings? (I want to use Burris signature see rings)
