Best powder for 300 WSM and Berger 210's 1000yd shooting???

Was looking for everyones opinion on some loads for the 300 WSM, and 210 bergers. thanks shive

Ray is right. You can't get as much speed as some other powders, but H4350 is the most accurate and shot by almost everybody shooting 1000 yard BR. I believe you already know that ALLEN. Some have used 4007SSC with good results. Phil used a combination of R19 and 4831, but I don't know much of each he mixed. Matt

Thanks matt and yes I do know that just have been doing some chronoing and mine and andrews 300's are only shooting 2733 avg velocity. . with the 61.3 load you put us on couple years ago. Just think maybe a little more velocity might help??? not sure though. Allen

But, unless you already have a stock pile of 210's, I would also give the 215 hybrid a try!!!!

I've been using VV N560 as per Bergers Reloading Manual with great results at 600 yards

H4350 is the happy go too.
I had a LOT of success with the RL17 and the 210's as far as speed and accuracy with small E.S.

I shot 61.3 in my light gun with about the same velocity, just keep working up to 2830 fps, as long as you do not get any signs of pressure. John

I'm running 65.2gr of RL22 out of my 31" barrel. Drops 9.25 Moa from 200-600. I see it's a bit slower than what everyone else is running but I still can top out on pressure before I'm crushing powder.
