Best powder dispenser at the moment?

I'm certainly not a pro of shooting or loading. But what I do with my chargemaster is once it beeps. I check the weight and if its over I shake out a couple grains of powder so I'm guessing I'm within a 1/10 of a gr. What I think helps me is when I seat my bullets if its easy it goes to the left if its a Lil stiffer it goes right. Sorry I know you didn't ask all that but not sure on exact vertical. I do know last 40 or so I shot my large group was 14 small was 2.5 my average was between 5 to 6 inches. I'm shooting a243 and I loaded 10 with h4350 between 38to39 gr then I shot them all together an shot Lil under an inch at 100.So I figured if I was within a 1/10 I should probably practice my shooting more than tinkering with loading. I have tried to be to technical and confused myself. Ha doesn't take much. Oh and my long shots are 900 that's as long as I have.

Culver Lyman if you can find one and word is Niel Jones makes one that's slicker than a cats @$$.

How much slicker than a cats @$$ would you say the Niel Jones one is? Compared to a cats @$$, how much slicker should one be to see a realistic difference at 1000yds. BTW, this will be for a Dasher and varget.

No one that I know of or at least no one that wants to win, throws powder for 1000 yard shooting, they measure to the kernal. most throw light and trickle up, with that being said most good dispensers will work.

I use a Lyman DPS3 electronic dispensor for Hi volume loading.Throws all powders right on,with few exceptions.I'm loading a few thousand rounds for PDs.

Also buy the Sinclair drop tubes! They talked me into buying them on the phone years ago, and I have order several others over the years. Now I don't know how I survived without them!
