Need help

I need a new scale and powder dispenser and need help on which ones to get. Prefer electronic scale. Should I get a electronic dispenser/scale or a manual powder dispenser. I can't afford the rcbs chargemaster combo. I was thinking about the hornady lock and load combo or the rcbs 750 scale and a hornady lock and load dispenser. $250 is all I can spend. What are you using?
