Best option for a rem 700 replacement Bolt

I bought a PTG bolt for a Model Seven. By the time I got it in a usable condition, I had over $500 in it.

I bought a Rem. factory Mod. 7 complete bolt from PTG for my XR100. Guess I was lucky. Fit fine and headspaced perfectly

Appreciate your advice but I have a completed rifle with a trued action. I screwed the bolt up trying to improve it. The rifle is worth more than the cost of a new bolt.

You don't list which bolt face. But I see quite a few sell on this forum. You might list a WTB and find one.

I did a 308 project on a new Remington RR action, I bought a standard size PTG replacement from Carlsbad and did nothing but stick it in the rifle and shoot it.

What exactly was screwed up?

The hole the Sako extractor nub rides in and the Ejector hole is not in the correct position. I don't weld and doubt anyone would want to fill that hole in and re-drill it but don't know for sure.
