I'm not an expert on them, but your plastic hopper tube would suggest that is of the later vintage before B&M closed. The older ones had brass hoppers with brass rivets holding the hopper in place. Looks like you have a complete one -- good find!

Absolutely correct. They are a pain in the a$$ to use, but they will out perform any other measure that I have ever tested. I have a Culver that I got from Homer about 45 years ago, and had a Harrells. The B&M's will hold smaller variations than either one of those. I have two early B&M's that I use frequently, with one each devoted to my .17 Mach IV and a little 20 cal. wildcat.Having used many of the good manual powder measures, the most accurate are still the vintage Belding and Mulls. -Al
