26-30", take your pick.
Our tests show 8 fps gained for each inch past 28" with N140 powder and the 107gr SMK.
26" will be a little stiffer and less nose heavy, and maybe is 20-25 fps slower than a 28". 26" blanks are usually a little less expensive with most manufacturers.
I generally recommend get a blank you can finish at about 28.5". Then if, heaven forbid, something goes wrong with your chambering job, you can re-chamber the barrel and still have 27" or so.
You can always cut the muzzle, but you can't make it grow.
