Powder Valley, Grafs, there are many out there that have specials all the time. http://www.gunbot.net/reloading/Powder/ Sounds like you are looking for .223 and .308 powders. If so try some ArComp I switched from Varget and 4895 love this stuff.

I always use ammoseek when searching for current prices. One can price all types of reloading components, magazines, ammo, etc. Just click on the appropriate item and use the drop downs. All the prices are real time and current.

Good luck on the Varget. It has become the Unicorn dust that H4350 was a few years ago.
Just keep checking all the usual on line places and try to wait till they have a "free hazmat" shipping deal.
Of course if you happen to find Varget you better jump on it. Powder Valley is hard to beat.

Powder Valley is my go to. But shop around hazmat charge is a b--ch.

Just received a notice from Midway re: free hazmat on certain powders and primers. IMR4895 is one of them. Not sure if it's a good price, or not. Might be worth checking out, though.
