Alex Wheeler is one. The only one I have personal experience with. My project went smooth, return was less than 3 months and most importantly I was very happy with end product.
I had a 25x47L built, no turn, #2 contour, HS stock, timney trigger and cerakoted graphite Black. Rifle shoots BIB 110s in the .2s. He also timed the action and trigger. His pricing was very reasonable too.
I like the fact that Alex contributes his time and knowledge, a great deal of it to the forum.
There are many others here too, that just the only one I have experience with. I’ve used quite Smiths outside of the forum but since I started selling and buying a lot here I thought why not use someone who contributes here too.
I’m sure others will recommend other forum members too.

No Kidding, don't cut yourself short Scott, You and Christine are absolutely amazing, have produced National Record setting barrels in FTR and F-Open, and have done my barrels over weekends- not months. Highly Recommend Scott Harris and Black Knight Accuracy for any cambering work!!!
Scott Harris gets my vote. Love every barrel he’s done for me. They all shoot fantastic. Just have to back it up on my end
