Best is awful subjective. NF12x42BR, NF12x42NSX, NF Comp, Vortex Golden Eagle and various March's are what I see the most. I like a minimum of 42X on the top end. Pick the reticule that suites you for some hold off. 1/8 min clicks are preferred.

It’s amazing in the mid range domain (out to 600m/yds). I have one on my .223 and has delivered sob MOA shots at 600M consistently. Priced well also.
