Best exotic animal hunt

I was planning an exotic animal hunt and wanted suggestions

I know you guys have them over there, how you hunt/shoot them is not my problem but this the one id suggest

Need more info. Stateside or out of country? Looking for a trophy or fill the freezer with something different? Quality of hunt matter or good with just “killing” an animal? If looking here in the states, Texas has a lot of outfits where you can take a huge variety of exotics. If you haven’t tried it you should really look into an Axis hunt. Great looking animal and amazing meat. Blackbuck is another good looking animal with great meat. Nilgai is next on my list. I have heard these are very cautious and weary animals and will definitely give you a “hunt”. Also I have been told they make excellent table fare as well. As you can tell it’s all about the freezer for me haha. Look into Champion Ranch near Brady Texas. They are definitely not the cheap option but their facilities are impeccable and the variety of animals is amazing.

I am sorry, I am in the united states but looking to hunt in another country. Was looking at a red stag hunt in Argentina or New Zealand. But am looking for suggestions

Well I’m not any help in that department. Have many bucket hunts in mind but haven’t been able to make them happen yet. I am heading to Argentina this summer for a dove hunt. Everything I have read and heard(from people that have been) have raved about the hospitality of the lodges in Argentina. Not sure if this matters to you and have no idea what New Zealand is like but the lodges that we looked into, and the one we chose, really put hospitality as a priority. Another plus to Argentina....in my mind is Malbec wine haha. Either one I’m sure would be an amazing experience.

You should ask hogpatrol, here. He goes to Africa a lot. I just moved onto a wild game ranch in Texas. Our Black Buck here are pretty tame. I could shoot a trophy anytime. It certainly wouldn’t feel like hunting to me. I just walked out my side door and took these pics.

You don't have to leave the state of Florida if you don't want to. Lightsee's used to have exotics on their island 20000 acre island in Lake Kissimmee they probably still do , one phone call will let you know. Brady ranch has 1200 Axis deer. JR outfitters has exotics. Those are just a few that are close to me. Outside of Branford FL I used to see a bunch of elk haven't been close to there in several years.

May I suggest the often spoken of, but seldom seen legal Pennsylvania rifle season public land trophy whitetail deer.

You can ask me to i live there ...If you want a hunt to remember hunt a oryx (gemsbok) on foot in the Kalahari and then obviously try your luck for a big koedoe bull in very thick stuff. If you really want to work for an animal hunt 55" + Koedoes in the Natal mountains!
