Best bullet weights for barrel twist rates

Here is some info that I found on the net that I thought was pretty interesting. It is given as general information, not as THE ABSOLUTE ANSWER. I am in no way a ballistics expert, just somebody trying to help fellow shooters out.

Hope this helps answer some questions.
Can't get the second link to open.
Edit: Wouldn't open in Firefox, but will in IE.

Here's another calculator that will tell you whether a certain bullet will stabilize in barrels with different twist rates.

One input variable that is needed in this calculator is the bullet's length. For the vast majority of bullets out there, the following document will provide this information:

always good to have more information. I know the Berger twist calculator will recommend different bullets if the one you select is not stable.

Be careful with some of the Berger's Varmint FB bullets in fast twists.

Was shooting 80gr FB in my 8" twist 243win in very cold weather with amazing results (always 1 hole 5-shots). Once the deep freeze let off, some of the bullets started blowing up. They would still hold sub 3/4moa at 100 meters, but at 200 meters 20% of the bullet would blow up before getting to the target.

Bummed me out cause in the deep freeze (-0 f and below) the shittiest 5-shot group was sub 1/2moa at 100 meters and averaged groups in the 0.3xx"
