Best 1000 yd BR stock

I know this is going to be very opinionated question !! I have and have used only McMillian Tooley MBR stocks for long range shooting. If this has been asked prior …just point me in the right direction. I have searched and found only a couple different ideas. I have read the horror about the wood stocks warping and how some glass ones are crooked from the get go. Currently I do have a Tooley MBR. I am going to build another rifle and just want some truthful expertise answers !!


So what is the best overall 1000 yd benchrest stock ??

Right now I have Precision Rifle and Tool building me one of their Hammerhead stocks. Currently I run a MBR but don't really like it. I think for a regular stock(3") I think the St1000 is the best. If I was gonna run a 3" stock it would be one of those. I also have a Kelbly 1m that seems good so far but I haven't shot any matches with it yet.

I've had great success using Shehanes stocks.

I have tried many, but like the MBR the beat for me. Shehane has fiberglass for his Tracker in stock most of the time.
