Never heard of them. I looked up the address and got “my simple store” which leads me to believe some one set up a cheap fake website and scammed you.

How did you pay? If by zelle or PayPal it's a scam. Bertram is an actual brass maker in Australia. However doesn't mean the site you ordered from is legit.

Good! At least you can deny the charges, but now you have to keep an eye on your bills for other charges you didn’t buy.

Ordered and received 100 45-75 WCF brass from them last year, then not too long after that they posted they're going out of business and would no longer be importing brass with no real explanation as to why.

Glad I got what I did when I did.
