Bersin Tool for concentricity

I did have one of these tools, very well made. I had a problem gripping and turning the cartridge head once it was in the tool, there isn't much sticking out to grip so I could not get the consistency I would have liked. Perhaps it was just my old hands. It does do the job otherwise.

The Bersin tool works very well and there should have been a small piece of plastic with a different hole on one end for turning the different cases.
Some folks say if fixes a problem that shouldn't be there to begin with, but if it's only off .002 sometimes there is not much fix to it, and this tool will take them down to .000 if you spend the time.

OK. I give up what is a Bersin tool and what does it look like? If it can reduce run out I want one.
