• User information is not very secure and has been hacked several times.
• Failure to report to users when there user information was breached/hacked.
• Poor personal and security settings, and not facing up to the issues.
• They have profited by sharing user information to app companies.
• Political bias (removing & deleting one side, and promoting the other).
• Monopoly
