Berger Southwest Nationals, what’s a good day to visit?

I live in the Mountains of Arizona 3 hours east of Phoenix but my office is the Valley of the sun, about an hour from the Berger Southwest Nationals. I’ve never shot competition, just lots of hunting and long range shooting steel amongst friends. I’ve toyed with the idea of starting down the rabbit hole of competition, maybe trying to get my wife involved, she loves shooting too. What’s a good day to observe the activities? I’ll post the schedule below. I'm going to spend atleast one day there this week. If your from Arizona and compete down here in Arizona maybe I could meeet you and take 10 minutes of your time to learn more about local clubs and activities. Any advice is welcomed.
