CoverDog when did you place your order

Ordered on 8/27... never received a UPS shipping email but with everyone starting to receive theirs, I thought it would be any day. I was #1245 to order.

I am anxiously waiting for mine too. We all sound like a bunch of kids waiting for Santa!

I didn't even know about them until this thread, so thanks guys. Ordered my copy a couple of days ago so I'll soon be doing some new load testing for my AR-15 and 6mm BR.

I received mine yesterday. It has a great read of Walt's life history. Not being too critical, but the caliber pages showed many good starting and max loads, but didn't go into detail about which was most accurate, components used, etc. Just my quick takeaway on it. I was also hoping for a few more 20 cal loads than what were provided. Just my 2 cents worth. Don

I got mine on Tuesday. I agree with Nomad. The day I received it I saw that Sinclair had it at a discount...I like the signatures. We have been waiting for this "novellla" for a long time.

It didn't take me long to read through the new manual. I found Walts life story pretty interesting.

I also found the more technical side of BC and understanding SD by Bryan Litz very informative. I'm going to read through those chapters a couple more time. I've never been much of a number cruncher, but I'll get it.

I even thought the descriptions of the different shooting disciplines was interesting.

Overall a good manual with a good basics in reloading with some advanced techniques.

i'm reading every word . walt berger's life history is what america was all about in the beginning...a hard working, self reliant individual with an idea and vision that was willing to invest himself and his meager monies into making that vision a reality! contrary to one individual's statement that "you didn't achieve that by yourself" walt berger pretty much DID achieve a lot by his own initiative and along the way many noted and wisely joined him and, we the shooting public, are forever grateful! thank you mr walt berger.

My only complaint is where is the 30br,now I know 4198 is the trick but it would have been nice to have a page or two on such a great cartridge.
