I just want you known how well Berger Bullets treated me.

I bought 500 bullets , 100x5 boxes of 155.5 Full Bore Bullets from one of Our Junior Shooters to help
the program.
I had them for about a year. I started to reload for this coming season and surprise !
I found a couple boxes to only have 87 bullets in them.

I place a call to Berger and left a short message. They return my call we had a conversation about the missing Bullets and where I got them.
The representative from Berger could not have been nicer. They offered to send me 3 boxes of Bullets for my inconvenience .

I had a fat lot of hybrids and sent them a sample for testing. They agreed they were out of spec and paid the shipping both ways with replacements. They were top notch to deal with.

You get what you pay for There are exceptions even some small companies have great service

I had a box of bullets that I suspected of being out of spec. Made a call to them and sent them in half a dozen for inspection. They got back to me and said these were the last bullets ran on the die before the die was changed out and that they were at the edge of being out of spec. They sent me a replacement box and thanked me for the business. About a month goes by and the UPS truck pulls into the driveway out steps the driver with another box of bullets and a Berger hat. Needless to say they make a great product and take care of their customers.

I have a similar situation and kinda got the run around.
