Berger 80.5 full bore ?

Because they're optimised for 'Fullbore' (prone and sling and F-Class) rifle shooting as laid out by ICFRA, the International Confederation of Fullbore Rifle Associations.

For international sling shooting, calibres are restricted to .308 Win and .223 Rem and to be compliant with ICFRA regulations, 308 Win is limited to a bullet weight of 'less than 156gn'; 223 Rem to 'less than 81gn'.

Berger's .308 Target BT Fullbore therefore weighs 155.5gn and its 224 equivalent 80.5gn. (Well actually the limit was 81gn when Berger introduced the latter bullet, but has since been revised to 91gn.)
