Berger 7mm 140gr VLD

I have a 7mm WSM 9" twist 26" Brux bbl . Maybe a 1,000 rounds or less thru it. How far off the lands should I try ? I have that Hornady bullet seating depth tool.

In a Tikka 7mm08, we started off at 18 thou off the lands, ended up at 50 off after seating test.

Just ordered a Forester bench rest seating die after learning that a VLD bullet needs unique seating stem .

I hope you bore scope the barrel, it is probably toast.

My Barrel is coated with Krypton and is self cleaning .
