Berger 109 Hybrids anyone having good results in 6XC?

i have read about the 109 hybrids but have come to the conclusion that these are not so popular in 6mm community
so far nothing stellar, most use the Berger 105 hybrid and 108, the PRS guys use 110-115 from Hornady and Dtac.

looking for some assurance with these 3000ct 109 hybrids

thank you in advance,
Michael

Read the Berger website instructions regarding seating depths for their VLD bullets well worth the time to read whether you try their recommendation or not.

They also say their “system” works for other bullets.

I tried their system, ending up seating their 105 VLD Hunting bullets -.100

Nosler recommended seating their 105gr 6mm RDFs -.050 to -.060. -.060 worked for me.
worked for their 6.5mm 140gr RDFs also.
However you MUST have sufficient freebore to seat bullets -050 to -.100 otherwise you will have pressure issues

I was always told to seat VLDs in the lands or close to it. Trying and seeing changed my idea where to seat hybrids it VLDs

My 7.5 twist dasher loves the 109’s. Light jam. Sub 2” at 600yds consistently depending on conditions and me reading them.
