Benchrest... hands?

Hello all.


I was wondering if anyone knew of a good source for benchrest beginners that shows how to hold the rifle? Basically what to do with the hands. I have seen a few different articles about it but none have been very clear.

If there is a match near you I suggest you go there, watch, try to make friends a meet a veteran shooter that is willing to mentor. I think you will find that the overwhelming community of br guys will be willing to hel you.
