If a guy woke up and wanted to start shooting benchrest competitively, he woild ask a gunsmith to order parts, machine muzzle brake, chamber and put together - that guy will be paying $3500 to $4000 minimum. Then that guy will spend hours breaking in the barrel before he starts to develop a stable load. From there, he will probably need a LabRadar to measure velocity of those loads so he doesn't hurt himself. After hours of loading and testing, working brass to get it all consistent, he could start fine tuning that load to plug into Kestral. All this testing will also cost him powder, bullets and primers.

I will be giving those load numbers.
