Begginers question: does screwing the die deeper in press bumps shoulders more?

Knowing your chamber can be found with a Go Gauge , and the RCBS Precision Mic , they are caliber specific. Very easy to use for case headspace measurements and ogive settings . Using the Go Gauge and adding tape to the base and chambering until it closes with a slight resistance and checking the in your Precision Mic will give you the zero headspace measurement , from there you can back out your die to give you your .001 or .002 headspace . As for adjusting your die the Redding Competition Shellholder Set , a set of 5 with 5 different deck hights. Hope this helps. For bolt action check out the closed bolt method for headspace and ogive settings.
