Exactly what I was going to say... One simple rule that can save a lot of problems and pain....

Been doing this for 40 years only have one open at a time and load one case at a time same difference. I have never double loaded or put the powder in the wrong shell. Thanks for the look out any way.

Did not try to offend you sir. I started loading in 1963 myself. It only takes one time Tommy Mc

That looks funner than what I just did... I cast 400 slugs that need to be swaged into bullets..

I also use to have to swage pellets, found a company that builds precision custom molds. .458 and .500. The molds are made of brass and makes 4 at a time. I have one set with GC and another set without GC 350 and 300 grain for the 45/70 and 350 and 375 for the .500

Spent my life shooting rifles, pistols, and shotguns. Spent the winters up here in the great white north handloading and improving my stuff. Had a pile of ammo that would have made the news if the police were called to get rid of it. Last winter I entered a new phase of my life. Spent last winter unloading much of my ammo. Now I keep 50 loaded rounds per rifle. Coach high school trap and skeet, as a result of the shortages I have been providing shot gun ammo to my kids. My shoulder now longer tolerates many rounds of trap or skeet. Terry of Terry's Custom Rifles a member here, is re-barreling 6 rifles barrels for me, so load development can start again. I am looking forward to it. I cherish my time spent handloading and shooting. My granddaughters are reaching the age where I can attempt to lead them down the dark road of shooting, hunting, and fly fishing. I try to keep busy too.
