Bedding to a Picatinny Rail

Does anyone have any experience with bedding an attachment to a picatinny rail? I have a piece nearly completed that I would like to attach to a rail and be able to remove it later if my plans change. My intent would be to use fasteners to hold it in place.

I have worked with epoxy quite a bit (West Systems) and normally use wax paper when I want the part to release. With no draft angles I'm afraid anything I bed/mold in place won't release.

I also have and use Devcon plastic steel(?), but I think the release agent will be the key to any success.

Thanks in advance,
Richard

Spray the rail with Pam. Leave the attachment dry so that epoxy sticks to it. Be sure to spray the screws also.
Any problem -add heat to get them lose
