I have the actual tool, but need the inserts for 6mm. Does anyone know who actually manufactures this product?

SSS sells them, they don't manufacture the product. I hear it is build somewhere in Pennsylvania.

They are such simple parts that I'd guess that any of a dozen of Tubbs,or Shehane's) vendors make them. I made my own and several friends with small lathes have made their own.
Why are you seeking a source?
