Anyone here every dealt or purchased with BearBasin Optics before? Having issues getting a scope I ordered from them last October.

They have been in business for at least 20 years. I purchased a set of Leica 10x40 BA's from them back in 97/98. Good price and service back then. I forgot about them until this post. Was living in Cali then so they were "local".

I hope it works out OK for you. Have you gotten your CC company involved?

I have purchased many scopes from Bear-Basin Outfitters. Never a problem.

They are right down the road from me. I have bought a few scopes from them. That said, the last scope I ordered from them (A Vortex) took forever. They told me it wasn't in stock when I ordered and Vortex was behind on shipments. I did call three times to get an update with a revised delivery (cause it didn't show up when promised the first two times). The third time was the charm. In hindsight I don't blame them for the slow delivery, but I did tell them that they got the Under-promise and Over-deliver mantra backwards.

I bought a Nightforce about 6 years ago and all went well.

Many dealings and no problems. If the scope is new and you are using their no interest optics card they will charge you for the scope even though it may not be available yet. I would call as they have always been up front with me.

Bought leupold compition from them a few years ago. got my scope ok, but they acted like a A$$ when I changed power while ordering to the point I almost canceled the order. The guy freaked out so bad we would have been to blows if face to face. Haven't bought from them since. I've spent my money else where after that.
