Bead Blasting Necessary on a Glue and Screw?

I'm doing a glue and screw on a Kauger BRIII for a LRBR build.

Is it necessary to bead blast the action bottom or can I just seriously clean the action with lacquer/epoxy thinner?

I really don't want to remove/disturb the OEM coating if not necessary.

I've blasted and glued two personal Rem 700's but I didn't care about the bottom on them.

For glue and screw, I wouldn't worry about it. If just glued, then I would try to rough up the gluing surface a bit.
