I should add, after you sand the clear you have on there now.
But only if you want a deeper richer red
you’ll notice that when the sun or light doesn’t hit the paint “head on” , there will be darker shades where the sun doesn’t hit and brighter metallic color where it does hit. The “window” where the light reflects the metallic will be very wide with fewer coats. With more coats of candy, this window will close with each layer and the candy color will also become deeper, darker and richer.
