Bbl/rcv'r thread

What if anything should be applied to the bbl/rcv'r threads, when screwing on a bbl?
I've seen bare threads, anti-seize and thread locker compounds, so what is correct?
Thanks,

Anti seize is the way to go to prevent galling.I have used heavy gun grease and it also worked just fine. You dont need to tighten a barrel to 100 foot pounds either especially if it is a switch barrel. I tighten by hand as far as I can and then take a dead blow and give it a couple hits(not to hard) to take up any slack you miss by hand.
