BAT Machine - How’s this for customer service?

I was having an extraction issue with a new BAT action. It wasn’t pulling cases from the chamber. I got in touch with Bruce and after a couple quick emails he told me to send him the bolt. The bolt was delivered at 11:00 AM yesterday. By 4:00 in the afternoon it was fixed and out the door on the way back to me. That’s incredible. We are fortunate to have companies like BAT who are responsive and interested in maintaining excellent customer relations. Thanks Bruce.
 
Me to I bought my last bat they told me 2 months to fix mine it was new an it was an extractor problem it fliped the case around bat bs left port right eject
 
I bought an HR action 3-4 months ago. Its SS that was all I could find at the time. I sent them an email asking if they could nitrite the action 3 months ago but I have yet to get a reply.

I ordered a few sets of action bolts and trigger guards from them last year and got a call from Steve at Bat just to make sure they got to me ok. Great people!
