Bat M dual port extraction problems with Norma Brass

I do not know why my Bat M wiill eject (right side) Lapua cases fine, but will not throw out Norma cases, thru the right port ? I have about 200 New norma cases (6.5 x 284) I won't use them because of this. I've compared the dimensions of Lapua vs Norma at the rim area and I do not see a big difference. When I shoot the Norma in my 284 Shehane, I have to take the case off the bolt with my fingers, it will not fling the case out of the port. May be not enough room under the claw ?? The Case seems to bind up on the bolt face just as it wants to flick out.

I have seen this with the Sako extractor. It was holding the case too tight against the bolt face. A file under the claw fixed it.

My son hand a 3 lug Bat with a problem and Bat sent him a new claw, I fixed it with a little dremel work and never did put the new claw on it. I was a little Leary about modifying mine, it might not eject the Lapua's when I'm none :-\.
