Yeah, I intend on getting one, just wanting to resolve this now if possible. I believe a few responses have it figured out.....thanksPurchase the firing pin remover from B.A.T. Machine. They're about $50 but worth every penny. You'll use it often. $50 for use with a $1100 to $1300 action is a bargain. I have two of the 7.5 x 1370" Round actions.
liljoe said:You need to push up on the cocking piece while turning it back to the cocked position. A rag helps get a better grip and it will take some force. It happens. After you get it into the cocked position, you can push in and rotate it the other way and remove the whole assembly.
