BAT B stock to Rem700

Hi.
I have 2 Bat model B laminated stocks that I don’t use. I am wondering if I can reuse them to fit a Rem700 SA and Rem700 LA? What will I need to change for it to work?

Regards
D

Depends on the stock. I've done a handful of stock "reworks" like that. One of my own was a right hand savage repeater, to a left hand single shot 700. Essentially, fill the holes and spots you don't need, and make new ones where you need them.

BR stocks made for a big tang aren't the same as a rem stock... but it can work.

If aesthetics are not your main concern, you can rebed just about anything.

I have one old Robertson Stoch that has probably had four different action makes in it.

Like was said before. Devcon is your friend.

Total Boat resin and micro balloons. The top edge came out a little rough, so I gooped some JB Weld along the edge and then block sanded it flat.

One can of duracoat later:
