I am confused about measurements on my creedmoor.....a Savage 12FV and a Long Range Hunter....SAAMI shows 1.541. On my fired cases it shows 1.527 unsized fired, and 1.5255 after sizing (bump) with a .400 gauge. I just got New Whidden headspace gauges to check this with, before I would just set bump so that bolt would close easily.......Is the difference of .014 between SAAMI and my fired cases base to datum ok?
